  Regarding color difference

  Regarding after-sales service

    Dear customer, there may be breaks in a single roll. It’s just possible; not all rolls will have them. They are bonded together with transparent tape. This happens in our industry—it is not unique to us. Overcutting of ribbons can occur, but a slight burn with a lighter will prevent this. Color variations, creases, thickness differences, incorrect specifications or colors chosen, and personal preferences do not constitute quality issues—this is unavoidable in the ribbon industry. Please note that loose items purchased from us are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are cut to the customer’s required length. If unsure, you may request a sample from our customer service before purchasing. Returns are available for individual rolls, but this does not affect secondary sales.

  Regarding shipping

   After placing an order and making the payment in this store, products will be manufactured and shipped in sequence. Without any delays, delivery will occur within 72 hours. In case of shortages or other unexpected issues, the store will contact you directly.
