1. We sell inflatable balloons that need to be inflated by the customer themselves. The product shipping fee is only a reference. Please contact the customer service to modify the shipping fee after submitting the order.

2. Our factory packs the same series of products in bags of 50 pieces per opp. All products in the same series are packaged with the same style, calculated by the package. Do not mix the goods by piece!!! Due to the special nature of balloons, the loss rate of domestic balloons is generally about 5%. Please order spare balloons according to the loss rate. Please check the quantity of goods in time after receiving the goods. If it exceeds 3 days, we will not give processing. Please check in time, thank you for your cooperation!

3. When inflated the aluminum foil balloon, do it slowly. You can use an air pump to inflate it to 90%, and then blow it with a straw to control the amount of air, to avoid bursting. If there is a situation where the two layers of aluminum foil stick together, stop inflating and gently pull the two layers apart before continuing, or it is easy to damage the balloon.

4. Due to the thermal expansion and contraction of gases, in winter or when the temperature drops, it is necessary to appropriately inflate the aluminum foil balloons; in summer or when the temperature rises, it is necessary to release the air from the aluminum foil balloons to prevent them from bursting. When releasing the air from the aluminum foil balloons, it is necessary to avoid bursting. Generally, after being inflated with helium/hydrogen, they can only float for 6-14 hours, so helium and hydrogen should be inflated on the day of use (attention)!

5. Shipping Instructions: The factory can ship the goods using different express delivery methods as per the customer's requirements. However, the factory will not bear the costs associated with the transportation of the goods. The buyer is responsible for these costs.

Note: Due to the fact that the balloons are counted by hand, there may be a certain deviation in the quantity, which is within the normal range of losses. Please be cautious when making a purchase.
