1. What we sell are all uninflated balloons, which need to be inflated by the customer himself. Product shipping expense is just for reference. Please submit the order and contact customer service to modify the freight.

2. The same series of products of our factory are packed in 50 pcs/opp bag. All products in the same column are packaged in the same style. Don't pick up the goods by one!!! Due to the particularity of balloons, the loss rate of domestic balloons is generally about 5%. Please order a spare balloon according to the loss rate. Please check the quantity of the goods in time after receiving the goods, and do not handle it for more than 3 days, please check in time, thank you for your cooperation!

3. When inflating the aluminum foil balloon slowly, it can be charged by tire pump to 90%, and then blown with a straw, which is convenient to control the air volume, so as not to burst. If there are two layers of aluminum foil sticking, stop inflating, gently pull the two layers of aluminum foil by hand and then inflate, otherwise it will be easily damaged.

4. Due to the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the gas, when the winter or temperature decreases, the aluminum foil balloon should be properly replenished; In summer or when the temperature rises, the aluminum foil balloon should be properly deflated to avoid bursting. When deflating the aluminum foil balloon to avoid bursting. Generally, helium/hydrogen can only float for 6-14 hours, so helium and hydrogen should be charged on the day of use (note)!

5. Transportation instructions: our factory can take different express shipping methods according to customer requirements. However, our factory does not bear the cost of transporting goods. The buyer shall bear the responsibility.
