Transaction description

  1 The goods will be delivered on the same day when the remittance is sent before 5 pm on the same day, and the goods will be delivered the next day after the remittance is sent at 5 pm; Some need to be tested and shipped the next day.

  2 If the purchased goods are returned or exchanged within seven days after the transaction (without affecting the second sale), the buyer will pay the postage.

  3 remember not to rush to sign when receiving the goods, and be sure to check the goods in front of the delivery personnel before signing! Check whether the package is intact, check whether the weight marked on the email is consistent with the actual product, and whether there is any trace of unpacking. If there is any difference, please inform us immediately.

  4 The price of the watch may change at any time. The buyer's purchase of the goods is subject to the price at the time of payment consultation. The buyer cannot claim compensation for the price reduction after the purchase of the goods.

In addition, gift boxes can be packaged according to customer requirements, but the cost of gift box packaging is also charged. Different gift boxes have different prices.  ☆ any watch should not be worn in warm water or in the bathroom, even if your watch is watrproof watch, because the seal ring of the watch is rubber, it is easy to age under temperature. ☆ we strongly recommend that you open the package in front of the courier company to check the goods when signing, thank you!

After-sales service:

  thank you very much for purchasing our products among many sellers. In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and relieve your worries, we will follow the relevant regulations of the (mainland) country, make the following warranty service commitments to you:
from the date of purchase, the buyer has just received the product and found that there is a problem (caused by transportation, we tested 100% OK before shipment) or there is a quality problem in normal use, provide 7-day return (maintenance without affecting the second sale) all postage shall be paid by the buyer.
The following conditions are not covered by the free warranty (you will not enjoy the replacement service if you encounter the following problems):
 1. The product has been damaged by incorrect operation, improper use, negligence or force majeure (such as flood, fire, earthquake, lightning strike, etc.);
 2. The product has been disassembled and assembled by non-technical personnel of our factory;

 3. Incorrect operation or maintenance;

 4. Normal wear consumption, serious appearance damage and rupture;

 5. Faults caused by strong vibration or damage after squeezing (such as broken or crushed);

 6. Shell, not within the scope of warranty. Other parts that require replacement should be handled at your own expense.

If the product has problems during the warranty period and meets the above warranty policy, you only need to send the watch back by express delivery, and pay a note to explain the specific problem, as well as the return address, name, phone number and member name.
