I. Instructions for receiving goods

1. Within 7 days after receiving the goods (subject to the date of receipt of the waybill), if any product fails to function, please contact us in time. It will not be accepted within the time limit.
2. We will try our best to meet the customer's specification of product color or style, but it is not necessarily guaranteed (for example, warehouse inventory cannot meet the requirements). If the color and style do not conform to the quality problem, it will not be returned or exchanged (the customer can indicate that the goods cannot be distributed as required, and can be handled out of stock).
4. When receiving the goods, the customer finds that the outer packing box is damaged and needs to open the box for inspection. If the product is damaged due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue the certificate stamped with fresh seal, and provide this certificate to us, and we will assist the customer to make a claim.
5. If the goods are not received as required, if the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not bear the relevant responsibilities.
6. All customers should protect the integrity of product packaging, complete accessories or related materials. Products with quality problems will be returned and exchanged within the specified time. (If the buyer requests a return for subjective reasons, the return postage generated by the transaction shall be borne by the buyer.)

2. Return instructions

1. 2. When the customer finds the product quality problem and returns the product, he/she requires to return it to our company by plain mail package. The freight is paid in advance by the customer. The Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai regions can negotiate the express delivery to return the product. After receiving the goods, the company will make up the freight and the actual cost of the goods according to the Post Office List. If the customer returns the goods by express delivery or other means without communicating with the customer service, the resulting freight, the company will refuse to sign for it.
3. All return packages are returned in real name (that is, fill in the name of the orderer). Before the return package is delivered, you must communicate with the customer service and pass the return list. The return list must be attached to the return package, in order to facilitate the staff to query parcels, save time and effort, improve efficiency and better serve customers.
4. If you do not communicate with the customer service before returning the product, the product will not be accepted.
5. If you are not satisfied and take the imagination as the reason, if there is no quality problem, the return will not be accepted, and the return transportation fee will be paid by the customer himself.
6. Please do not return goods that are not our company. If there is such goods, we will not return them.
