1. Receiving Instructions
1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of the shipping document signature), if you discover a product with functional failure, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period.
2. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but we cannot guarantee it (e.g., if the warehouse inventory cannot meet the requirements). If the color and style do not meet the customer's requirements, it does not constitute a quality issue, and we will not exchange or return the goods (the customer can indicate that they cannot meet the requirements for the allocation, and we can handle the shortage).
4. When the customer receives the goods, if the outer packaging box is damaged, they need to open the box for inspection. If there are any quality issues such as product damage due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a proof with a fresh stamp, and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
5. If the goods are not received as required, and if the damage or loss is caused by the logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.
6. All customers are requested to protect the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories, or related documents. For products with quality issues, we will provide exchange or return services within the specified time. (If the buyer requests a return due to personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.)
II. Return Policy
1. The following conditions do not enjoy the return: the product packaging is incomplete, the accessories or related materials are incomplete; unauthorized repair or modification without authorization; use or storage in a normal way; beyond the product's expiration date; the returned product has been labeled, and the product has been falsified.
2. When a customer returns a product due to quality issues, they are required to send it back to our company using regular mail. The customer will pay for the shipping costs. For customers in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions, we can negotiate the return by express delivery. After receiving the goods, the company will reimburse the shipping costs and the actual product costs based on the post office's list. If the customer returns the goods by express delivery or any other means without communicating with the customer service, the shipping costs incurred will be refused by the company.
3. All returns must be made using the real name of the customer (i.e., the name of the person who placed the order). Before sending the return package, it is necessary to communicate with the customer service and send the return list. The return package must include a return list to facilitate staff in querying the package, saving time and effort, and improving efficiency to better serve the customer.
4. If the return is made without prior communication with customer service, the return will not be accepted.
5. If the customer returns the product for a refund claiming it does not meet their expectations, but there are no actual quality issues, the return will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Please do not return non-company products. If there are such products, we will not refund them.
