Regarding color difference
Without physical samples for bag printing, the printing will be done based on the design draft at a 1:1 scale, and color differences are inevitable. If the customer has very strict requirements for printing colors, please send color samples by mail. However, I can only ensure that the color matches by over 90%. It is impossible to achieve 100% accuracy. If the customer insists on an exact match, please find another solution! Thank you!

Specifications and dimensions
The bag dimensions indicated on our design drafts are the outer diameter dimensions. There is an error of up to 5 MM between the finished product dimensions and the actual dimensions (this is a reasonable printing error). Therefore, customers should carefully control the dimensions when ordering. If the issue is not due to our company, and the size is reduced too little to prevent the item from fitting, we will not be responsible! Thank you.

Transportation Instructions
Generally, we handle freight shipments with payment due at the destination. Freight companies typically do not offer door-to-door delivery; we are only responsible for shipping the goods to your city, and the freight company will notify you to collect them.
