Pilates Magic Circle, officially known as "Resistance Ring."Resistance rings have features such as light weight, easy operation, and safety and convenience. They can provide training programs for muscle tension, muscle endurance, body balance, and coordination.
Exercise Instructions
• Perform 5-10 minutes of dynamic warm-up activities before each workout.
• Complete 1-3 sets of chosen exercises, repeating each set 5-10 times.
• Rest at least 30-60 seconds between each set of exercises.
• Exercise the various regions of the body (upper body, lower body, center) with the same number of repetitions of the same movements, to avoid unequal muscle development.
•If you cannot complete five repetitions of the movement, take a longer rest between sets, or do not use the yoga ring when repeating.
•If you cannot achieve moderate to maximum muscle fatigue, perform ten repetitions of the movement, with a short rest between each set.
• To achieve perfect results, each exercise should be performed no more than 2-3 times per week.
• Each time between Pilates ring exercises can be fully rested for 24-48 hours.
