Product Description:In 1599, Saint Vincent de Lassal placed the first barrel of wine he distilled into a barrel made of black oak grown around the castle, and named it "Yavennay" after the soil that gave life to that first barrel. To preserve the local traditional craftsmanship, Saint Vincent Yavennay is produced using the Gascon handcrafted method and aged for more than 12 months. The wine has an amber color, and upon opening, a delicate fruit aroma is evident; it has a fine texture and a long-lasting aftertaste.
