1. Before use, ensure all components are functioning properly.
2. When using the device, strictly follow the specifications in the main parameters. Avoid excessive height or overload; otherwise, severe oil leakage may occur when the lifting height or tonnage exceeds the limits.
3. Refer to the electric pump manual for proper operation.
4. Choose an appropriate center of gravity for the load. Select the correct point of application for the electric hydraulic jack, level the bottom surface, and consider the hardness of the ground—whether to use durable wood padding and ensure stable placement to prevent sinking or tilting under weight.
5. After lifting the load with the electric hydraulic jack, firmly support it with a support structure immediately. Do not use high-pressure, large-tonnage jacks as supports. For long-term support, opt for self-locking jacks.
6. When multiple electric hydraulic jacks are used simultaneously, select synchronized jacks. In addition to correctly installing the large-tonnage jack, use multiple分流 valves, and ensure balanced loads on each jack. Maintain uniform lifting speed. Also consider potential ground settlement due to uneven weight to prevent dangerous tilting of the lifted object.
7. During use, connect the manual pump quick connector to the jack first, then position it correctly. Tighten the oil discharge screw on the pump, and it will start working. To lower the piston rod, slightly loosen the manual pump handwheel counterclockwise to relieve pressure, allowing the piston rod to descend gradually. Excessive descent speed is dangerous.
8. This electric jack operates via hydraulic retraction; it can be quickly removed after lifting, but do not use the connected hose to pull high-pressure, large-tonnage jacks.
9. Users must never exceed the rated range to avoid damaging the electric hydraulic jack.
10. Avoid intense vibration of the jack during use.
11. Not suitable for use in environments with acids, alkalis, or corrosive gases.
12. Users should regularly inspect and maintain the device according to usage conditions.
