III. Regarding issues such as returns or exchanges due to out of stock after receiving the goods:

1. Out of stock. When the warehouse receives your order and begins preparing the items, if any styles are unavailable, we will immediately report this to the customer service representative who is handling your request. The customer will contact you right away. Whether it’s replacing the unavailable item with a similar one or not providing it at all and arranging a refund later, our customer service staff will call you immediately after obtaining your consent before proceeding with any further arrangements.

2. Returns and exchanges. If the issue is due to quality problems with the product itself, we will cover the costs of returns and exchanges.
