Photo plastic-envelop machine usage
first, boot up
insert the plug into the power supply, turn on the switch, power light (red) is on, and the motor starts to work.
Then turn on the heating switch to start heating, and the temperature rises immediately.
Second, set the temperature
set the knob at the temperature required by the plastic seal. If the working temperature is not clear, set the temperature at 100℃ first, and then adjust it step by step according to the plastic seal effect. Do not use a high temperature above 140℃ at the beginning to avoid melting plastic packaging film into the machine and emitting smoke.
Third, plastic sealing
after the temperature reaches the set value, the constant temperature indicator will light up. Wait about 3 minutes before the temperature will gradually stabilize, and then the plastic photos can be sealed.
Before the plastic photo is sealed, confirm the photograph dimensions. The selected plastic packaging film must be about one inch larger than the photo. For example, if the photo is six inches, the selected plastic packaging film should be seven inches. After selecting the plastic packaging film, place the photo folder in the middle of the plastic packaging film and pass the plastic-envelop machine plastic seal.
In the process of plastic packaging, the constant temperature lamp will flicker and repeat the change of "light-dark", which indicates that the constant temperature system inside the machine is in the switching of "heating-stop heating", which is a normal phenomenon.
Fourth, plastic packaging is completed
the plastic-sealed photos will come out from the outlet. You cannot pull out the photos that have not been plastic-sealed. You should wait patiently until plastic-envelop machine to automatically exit the photos. When continuous plastic sealing photos, the second plastic sealing can only be performed after the previous photos exit from plastic-envelop machine.
Fifth, shut down
turn the temperature to the cold mounting state. After the machine runs for ten minutes and cools down, turn off the power supply.
