I. Pre-sales instructions

If the goods are damaged afterwards, the seller will be exempted from liability. If there are any quality problems such as damage caused by transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a sealed certificate and provide this certificate to us, and we will assist the customer to make a claim.
3. There is no warranty service for toys. After man-made damage occurs, we only provide free maintenance service and only charge reasonable accessory fee, double fares of which shall be borne by the buyer himself.
4. If quality problems occur within 24 hours after the receipt of the goods (non-human damage and logistics damage), you can contact customer service first to apply for a return or exchange, and reject the uncontacted return or exchange. The return freight shall be borne by us; after 24 hours, if there is any quality problem or damage, you can apply for repair and refuse to return the goods. The return postage shall be borne by the buyer.
II. Return conditions
1. If the product is returned due to dissatisfaction with the product, the return and exchange without quality problems will be 20% off. (Why do you want to get 20% off? Solution: toys belong to fragile, and the packaging will be damaged to varying degrees when transported back and forth. We need to check and replace the packaging before the secondary sale, so please understand), the customer can return or exchange the goods without affecting our secondary sales, and the freight shall be paid by the buyer. If there is serious damage to the goods received, our company will provide the product pictures to the customer. According to the availability of the products received, the after-sales service will negotiate with you about the refund amount, and the freight will be paid by the buyer! The payment will be returned to Alipay or refunded in the next order. Please understand our hard work as a seller, thank you!
2. The toys may leave slight scratches or grinding defect during factory assembly and transportation, which is unavoidable and does not belong to product quality problems. Please understand! Pictures and product quality description:
The pictures of the products are all taken in kind by 100%. We do not make any changes to the color of the pictures. In different light and display, the products will inevitably have chromatic aberration problems. Everything is subject to the actual product.
3. The quality problem of the product itself leads to the lack of function of the product itself (most of the problems can be solved by simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery riding position, connecting the thread..., etc, toys should be repaired), we will return and exchange the goods, please feedback the product problems to our after-sales customer service within 5 days after receiving the goods (subject to the logistics receipt time), we do not accept returns for more than 5 days. The returned goods must be well packaged (please bring your own packaging, do not paste or write directly on the original outer box of the product) to ensure that the product is not used and does not affect the secondary sales (otherwise, it will not be returned or exchanged), for quality problems, contact our after-sales customer service for registration. Please return 10 kilograms by ordinary logistics. We will bear the freight. We refuse to send expensive Debang, Jiaji, Xinbang and Tiandi Huayu logistics, if there is any violation of freight, take care of yourself. This site refuses to accept postage to pay Express Mail and Mail under any circumstances. If such a situation occurs, the buyer shall be responsible for it!
