If the goods are damaged afterwards, the seller will be exempted from liability. If there are any quality problems such as damage caused by transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a sealed certificate and provide this certificate to us, and we will assist the customer to make a claim.

 

3. There is no warranty service for toys. After man-made damage occurs, we only provide free maintenance service and only charge reasonable accessory fee, double fares of which shall be borne by the buyer himself.

 

4. If quality problems occur within 24 hours after the receipt of the goods (non-human damage and logistics damage), you can contact customer service first to apply for a return or exchange, and reject the uncontacted return or exchange. The return freight shall be borne by us; after 24 hours, if there is any quality problem or damage, you can apply for repair and refuse to return the goods. The return postage shall be borne by the buyer.

 

II. Return conditions

 

1. If the product is returned due to dissatisfaction with the product, the return and exchange without quality problems will be 20% off. (Why do you want to get 20% off? According to the availability of the products received, the after-sales service will negotiate with you about the refund amount, and the freight will be paid by the buyer! 2. The toys may leave slight scratches or grinding defect during factory assembly and transportation, which is unavoidable and does not belong to product quality problems. Please understand! Pictures and product quality description:

3. Please return 10 kilograms by ordinary logistics. We will bear the freight. We refuse to send expensive Debang, Jiaji, Xinbang and Tiandi Huayu logistics, if there is any violation of freight, take care of yourself. This site refuses to accept postage to pay Express Mail and Mail under any circumstances. If such a situation occurs, the buyer shall be responsible for it!
