About shipment

about after-sales

our products all provide seven days no reason to return, please carefully check the goods received. If you are not satisfied, you can return the goods. If you return the goods without any reason, the shipping fee and return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer. The Returned goods must be well packaged and complete accessories,(If the returned product is damaged and affects the secondary sales, some fees need to be deducted)

1. If you find that the product has quality problems, please contact the customer service of Wangwang first to check whether the operation is incorrect and the use is incorrect. If the product does have problems, the buyer can choose to return or exchange the product, the freight for return and delivery shall be borne by the store. The freight for return shall be advance payment on account. After receiving the goods, the store shall return the goods to the buyer and reject the payment.

2. Within 2 days after receiving the goods, if the shortage of goods/spare parts are damaged during transportation, you can contact customer service for reshipment. If you insist on replacing the goods, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer. (Applicable to wholesale/Mixed Batch/delivery) timeout means that the default receipt is normal without objection.

3. After the goods are delivered, due to the buyer's reasons, if the logistics is returned halfway, the return freight will be borne by the buyer. (if the returned goods are damaged, the secondary sales will be affected, and some fees will be deducted)

4. Our products do not support retail customers to purchase for their own use. Such orders are not returning & amp; Exchanging supported, and after-sales services are not supported.

5. The products sent will pass many inspections during production, after delivery, before delivery, etc., and will be shipped only after they are completely qualified.
