1. About hair removal issues
If you find that the toy has shed hair upon receiving it, please do not worry. The plush toy itself does not shed hair. It is because new products may have some loose hair and filling fibers. Simply take the toy out, pat it a few times, and shake it a few times, and the loose hair will be removed.
2. About the size issue
All our products are actually measured, and unless otherwise stated, all the products are measured directly. Each product includes the total length of its feet, ears, and tail. The plush toys are soft, and there may be some measurement errors. 0-5cm is considered normal.
3. About the Packaging Issue
All our packaging is filled with a special fluffy vacuum machine to ensure that the stuffed toys are properly packed. Since the toys themselves are quite large, it is essential to vacuum them to ensure their protection during transportation. Therefore, when you receive your toys and find them slightly flattened or creased compared to the photos, please don't be surprised. This is a normal occurrence. Simply shake them a bit, expose them to the sun for a while, and they will naturally return to their original shape.
4. About the shipping and transportation issues
If the single order amount is less than 300 yuan, it will be sent by courier. The default courier is Quanfeng Express and YTO Express. If the area is not available, it can be sent by Post Small Packet. If you need to send other couriers, please consult the customer service.
Orders exceeding 300 yuan can be sent by courier or logistics. The courier service is the same. If you choose logistics, the freight will be collected upon delivery, and the delivery time will be slightly slower than the courier. Logistics does not deliver to your door and requires self-collection, and for remote towns, you need to self-collect in the city.
5. About the shipping time issue
Orders paid before 15:30 every afternoon can be shipped the same day. Orders paid after 15:30 will be shipped as soon as possible, if not on the same day, they will be shipped the next day. If the quantity of a single product exceeds 20 pieces, it will be shipped the next day. For large quantities, please consult the customer service to agree on the shipping time.
6. About the color difference issue
Baby photos are taken by non-professional photographers and are as consistent as possible with the actual items. However, due to lighting, color discrepancies on display screens, differences in personal color perceptions, as well as limitations in shooting environments, shooting skills, and post-processing and color adjustments, there may be some errors between the actual items and the photos. Such issues do not fall under quality problems, and the final color should be determined by the actual item.
7. About Receiving Reminder
Please confirm that the goods are intact before signing for the express delivery. If any damage or shortage is found during the inspection, you may reject the delivery and contact us within the time limit.
8. About Quality Issues
The store has joined the platform. During the shopping process, if the product has quality problems; if the product does not match the online description, the seller commits to free return and exchange services as long as it does not affect resale.
