How is the freight charge calculated?
Answer: By default, we send logistics with freight collect, and for clients with small amounts or in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions, we send express delivery.
2. I have placed an order, when will the goods be shipped, and when will they arrive?
Answer: In normal circumstances, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed, and the arrival time depends on the logistics company. Generally, it takes 1-2 days in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and 3-7 days for provincial logistics, with varying times. If the delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact our customer service for follow-up.
3. Are the products on the shelf in stock, and what should I do if they are out of stock?
Answer: Products that can be shot on the shelf generally have stock, so you can rest assured to shoot them; if there is no stock, we will contact you through Taobao Messenger or phone to handle the situation in time.
Can colors be selected?
Answer: Default is random shipping, if there are special requirements, please indicate the needed color in the remark column or contact customer service; but there may be color missing, if there is color missing, we will ship randomly, please understand.
Can I return or exchange the goods if I am not satisfied with them?
Answer: If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can return it for a refund if it has not been used and does not affect the second-hand sales. The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
What should I do if the goods I receive have damage or defects?
Answer: Before general shipment, we will carefully inspect, but there may be some omissions or individual damage in logistics. Please put them away for a while until there is a box, and you can ship them back. We will exchange the goods for you, and the freight cost will be borne by the buyer.
How long does it take to ship the wholesale goods?
Answer: If the quantity exceeds 10, please contact the seller to confirm whether the item can be shipped within 48 hours. If the buyer does not contact the seller and the seller does not ship the item within the specified time, the buyer is responsible for the situation.
How long after signing for the goods can I have after-sales service?
Please contact customer service within 24 hours after product receipt to confirm whether there are any damage or missing items. If you do not contact the seller within 24 hours after receipt, the buyer is responsible for any issues.
