For customers who cannot sign for it by themselves, we recommend that you leave a message to our customer service to inform us when you can sign for it by yourself. We will note it on the express bill, let deliverer deliver within the specified time! Be sure to check and sign for it in person. All express mails collected by guard, security, family, friends, etc. shall be deemed to be signed by yourself.
