1. About express delivery:

The express delivery we cooperate with: ZTO, Huitong, Tiantian, STO (if you need to specify express delivery, you need to increase the freight) the freight varies from region to region. For more information, please contact customer service. If you need to send logistics, please contact customer service to modify the freight. The logistics freight is paid on arrival.

2. About receiving goods

Please carefully check around the box when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, packaging tape of the box is broken, and the sealing tape is incomplete. If there are obvious signs of being unpacked and opened, you must unpack and inspect the goods face to face! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please do not take away the goods first, and contact us at the freight station for negotiation; Otherwise, it will be deemed to accept the goods without objection after signing.

3. About return and exchange

1. Return and exchange without quality problems;

If the buyer needs to return the product for personal reasons, the damage loss is relatively large due to the return transportation of the returned product. The above return buyer shall bear the return freight. For example, the free shipping goods must be deducted from the freight when we deliver the product.

2. Return and exchange for quality problems:

If the cumulative weight of the product is over 20KG, the return shipping fee for the replacement will be borne by our store (please contact the online customer service for specific express delivery or logistics). If you do not want to send the replacement in advance according to the weight requirements, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.

3. Damage caused during transportation:

When receiving the goods, please be sure to unpack and check in front of the logistics or Express Personnel. The carton is elastic and the plastic toy is inelastic, so the outer carton may not be damaged or the inner contents may be damaged, please be sure to check the goods before signing. 50% of the damage to the product is within the normal range. We will provide the service of reordering and reissuing accessories again, but we will not reissue them separately. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions and so on, and is not used as a reason for returning goods.
