(2) Regarding delivery?

Answer: Please check the surrounding area of the box carefully when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation or damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing adhesive, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack and inspect the goods in person. If there is any shortage or damage, do not sign for the delivery yet. Contact us first for negotiation. Otherwise, after signing for the goods, it will be considered accepted without objections, and any losses incurred will be borne by you alone; we are not responsible.

(3) Regarding mass returns?

Answer: If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, please communicate with customer service for negotiation. Since the return and reshipment cause significant damage, a 20% discount on the original price will be applied for refund. (Note: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For products with free shipping, the shipping fee at the time of delivery will be deducted.)

(4) Regarding returns and exchanges due to quality issues?
Answer: Please ensure you unpack and inspect the items in front of the logistics or delivery personnel when receiving them. The cardboard boxes are elastic, but not the plastic toys. Therefore, it is possible that the outer box may not be damaged, but the contents could be damaged. Please confirm the goods are in good condition before signing for delivery. Products from street stalls typically have a defect rate of about 5%, which is within the normal range. No returns or exchanges will be provided. For long-term purchases, if many defects occur, they can be exchanged together. Individual replacements are not supported. The shipping cost for requesting a return or exchange once is to be borne by the buyer. If you refuse to accept individual defective items, they may demand a refund and return, along with negative reviews. Those who seek perfection should purchase with caution.
