About logistics
1. Express: by default, ZTO Express is sent, and you can also pay SF Express. Large items: express delivery.
2. Logistics: freight is generally paid on arrival. The goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The logistics company can be provided by the customer or we can choose a more appropriate one for you.
About shipment
1. Delivery customers: orders placed before 16:00 every day can be shipped on the same day. In case of insufficient staff on weekends and holidays, the delivery cycle will be delayed. Please understand.
2. Wholesale customers: if the number of orders placed in the warehouse is sufficient, it will be arranged within 1-2 working days. If the number of orders is large, the delivery will be arranged at another agreed time.
About receiving goods
please carefully check around the box when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed or damaged, the box is packaging tape broken and the sealing tape is incomplete. If there are obvious signs of being unpacked and opened, you must unpack and inspect the goods face to face! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, do not take away the goods first, and contact us at the freight station for negotiation; Otherwise, it will be deemed to accept the goods without objection after signing.
About return and exchange
1. Return and exchange without quality problems: once the store is sold, it will not accept the return and exchange except for quality problems.
2. Quality problem return and exchange: all products sold by us are shipped and packaged to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 95%-98% of the products arrived have no problem. If you are sure that there is a problem affecting the sale of the product, you can contact customer service for consultation.
3. Damage caused during transportation: please be sure to unpack and check in front of the logistics or courier when receiving the goods. The carton is elastic and the plastic toy is inelastic, therefore, the outer box may not be damaged or the contents may be damaged. Please check the goods before signing. 50% of the damage to the product is within the normal range. We will provide the service of reordering and reissuing accessories again, but we will not reissue them separately.
About delivery
1. If there is no quality problem, apply for a return. Make sure the product is well packaged and returned. In addition, you need to deduct our shipping fee.
2. If the product is damaged and cannot be used normally, the return and exchange expenses incurred by human damage shall be borne by the buyer. If there is a problem with the received product itself, missing accessories or only need to reissue accessories to solve the problem, or return the product, we will bear the cost.
3. If the distributor fails to fully understand the product, the after-sales service cannot properly handle it, and there is no problem with the product returned after inspection, the freight shall be borne by the distributor.
