after-sales service (replacement conditions)
A. Product after-sales policy:
the company implements the policy of 7-day refund, three-month replacement and one-year warranty (usually extended for 2 months). However, for refund and replacement, the product is intact, return or exchange only if the appearance is not worn.
B. Paid services
1. For products with a warranty period of more than one year, one-piece material cost maintenance fee is charged. The specific price depends on the product;
2. The fee for the need to re-purchase accessories is determined separately;
3. The required maintenance cost shall be notified to the customer after confirmation by the customer service department.
C. Other services
we make the following requirements for all customers' repair products:
1. In order to prevent damage during transportation, please pack it properly and send out the faulty parts. If the damage during transportation is caused by improper packing, the customer shall bear it.
2. Please choose a transportation company with reasonable fees, formal and door-to-door delivery, so as to improve the repair efficiency and shorten the repair cycle. Please confirm with our company before shipment as much as possible. Large parts are mainly transported by logistics, small items are delivered by Express, and they are refused to pay on arrival.
3. For the repaired products, please list the list with the goods and fill in the address, name and contact number of the sender in detail.
If the repair list does not match the actual product, the customer service department liaison officer will contact you in time.
4. Both parties shall bear half of the transportation costs incurred during transportation. Our company stipulates that the shipper shall pay the freight, considering the cost of CC freight to collect. If the return time is delayed due to payment problems, the customer shall bear it himself.
5. The correct address must be confirmed with our company before all repair products are mailed. If the repair loss is caused by the wrong address and name, the customer shall bear it.

Warranty system:
the product fails under normal use (note: under normal use, it means that no one is intentionally or negligently damaged according to the normal use state of the general user), and the product is replaced within three months, one-year warranty
warranty expires under the following circumstances
1) the product has been damaged by wrong operation, negligence or force majeure (such as flood, fire, earthquake and lightning strike).
2) the product has been repaired or modified by the company's technicians
3) the product body code or warranty label is replaced, altered or torn
4) the appearance is seriously damaged and cracked (if repair is required, additional accessory fees are required)
