1. Retail or not, mixed batch or not:

you can mix and batch all products. The purchase quantity limit is not set because the customer needs to take samples. As a factory, we are positioned to serve wholesalers and home customer-made and support retail. 1 piece is also a wholesale price.

2. About quality:

our products are produced by our own factory. In terms of product quality, if it is the first contact, we recommend that you sample first, be familiar with the positioning, and then choose a large number of orders.

3. About commodity prices and free shipping:
free shipping is available in some regions where the order amount reaches 500 yuan (no other activities are available throughout the year).
Take a small amount of goods: if the number of single-color items per order is less than 100, use Alibaba's real price (that is, our company is commonly known as "high quality Price").
Bulk delivery: 100 or more single-color items per order, you can enjoy a cheaper price, but the freight is paid by yourself, and not at the same time enjoy any discount on Alibaba activities (that is, our company is commonly known as "regular price"), usually this kind of price is 10% off the actual price of Alibaba.

4. Sample:
samples are provided free of charge within 3 pieces (except for some products), and the freight is paid by SF Express. You can leave a message within 3 pieces. If you buy more samples, you can place an order directly in the store. (It is not that our company is stingy with samples. Customers with good long-term cooperation usually continuously get automatic push of new products in time. The threshold setting here is mainly to identify customers' purposes. Please understand).
Return the sample fee and support wholesalers to get samples free of charge. Customers can directly purchase products as samples. If the total number of products purchased is 500, the sample fee of the corresponding products will be returned.

5. Can the spot goods of the website be customized by OEM:
of course, if the packaging is blank or general-purpose, no extra charge is required. If the customer needs to specify a trademark, the packaging consumables (outer bag, inner box, outer box, etc.) are provided by the customer, express delivery is available to our factory.

6. Production cycle of out-of-stock products:
the production cycle is generally 7-10 days.
Regular style, the production cycle will be within 7 days or less;
unconventional style with large Cycle Fluctuation (if your order quantity is enough to initiate production, it will be within the normal cycle, if your order quantity is low enough to initiate production alone, you need to wait for others to order the order. The time is subject to negotiation. Generally, the foreign order payment is preferred to this)

7. About out of stock:
our stock is generally sufficient, but we are batch online and offline, and we are also a mixed business model of foreign and domestic sales. Sometimes when the customer orders a large amount, the goods will be out of stock, and the inventory is dynamic, the change is very fast. If you are afraid of instability and have a favorite style, if you want to sell it for a long time, we recommend that you stock up more!

 8. Express:

by default, Yunda/STO Express is sent. If you need other express, please contact customer service to make up the freight difference (it is recommended not to change the courier company. Our products are metal, and the freight may be much higher than your expectation).
The Express fee shown is the agreed price given by express delivery, and the freight price will not be changed.

 (Foshan) how many days does it take to deliver the goods to XX place: Generally, the goods arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai within 2 days. Customers can directly see the express information update in the purchase order.

9. Logistics and freight:
if you think the express delivery fee is expensive, you can choose to send freight logistics. Freight logistics will be paid on arrival. We do not charge any transportation fee here. After the goods arrive at the destination, the logistics company will inform you to bring the consignee's ID card to pick up the goods, and then pay the freight to the logistics company when picking up the goods. Due to the different charging standards of each logistics company, the distance of the region, and the need for transit in some places, we cannot give you an accurate number, which is subject to the actual collection by the logistics company. Regular logistics can be checked online, and the freight is more expensive than ordinary freight. Ordinary freight can only be queried by phone. The time limit is about 3 to 8 days to see the distance.
(Note: If you send regular logistics, you can claim compensation from the logistics company for the loss of express delivery. Ordinary freight is cheap, but the loss of express delivery cannot be compensated. The loss rate of ordinary freight is one in ten thousand, and the loss is not borne by our company, please carefully consider which logistics to send.)

10. Delivery time:
orders are usually shipped within 72 hours after payment. Normally, orders will be delivered on the next day, usually no more than three days. If there is any shortage, the customer service will inform you immediately. In case of special circumstances, if the order quantity is large or the variety is too large, the delivery time will be adjusted. For more information, please consult the customer service. The agreed delivery time shall prevail. (For urgent items, please consult customer service to help you arrange delivery first)

11. About return and exchange:
if you are worried about the product quality (in fact, it is a positioning problem), please take samples before confirming the purchase to avoid disputes caused by the product's unsuitability for return. Non-quality problems and non-customized products can be negotiated for return and exchange, and the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
Quality problems, free return and exchange within 7 days, we will bear the freight.
Scope of quality problems: if the product is damaged, the goods are sent incorrectly (color, style, size), missing, and so on, when applying for a return or exchange, please take a photo first and then contact our customer service staff for consultation.
Non-quality problems: due to the slight chromatic aberration of different batches, a small amount of defects that do not affect the overall use.
