1. About delivery
after the customer places an order for payment, it is usually arranged to be delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed or paid after 16:00 every day are set to be delivered the next day. Our store cooperates with ordinary express: Yunda, ZTO, (If you need other Express, you need to increase the freight) the freight varies from region to region. For more information, please contact customer service. If you need to send logistics, please contact customer service to modify the freight. The logistics freight is paid on arrival. If the buyer information is incorrectly filled in, the customer shall bear the return freight if the goods are returned due to the telephone address.
2. About receiving goods
please carefully check around the box when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, packaging tape of the box is broken, and the sealing tape is incomplete. If there are obvious signs of being unpacked and opened, you must unpack and inspect the goods face to face! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please do not take away the goods first. Photo retention certificate then contact us for negotiation; Otherwise, it will be deemed that there is no objection to accept the goods after signing.
3. About return and exchange
1. Return and exchange without quality problems;
if the buyer needs to return the product for personal reasons, the damage loss caused by the return transportation of the returned product is relatively large, and the product amount will be refunded with a 20% discount, after one month, we will not provide the return service without quality problems. If you really have no choice, you can contact our customer service. Note: (the buyer who returns the goods above shall bear the return freight. If the goods are shipped by Y, the freight when we deliver the goods must be deducted)
2. Quality problem replacement:
if the cumulative weight of the product is over 20KG, the return shipping fee for the replacement will be borne by our store (please contact the online customer service for specific express delivery or logistics). If you do not want to send the replacement in advance according to the weight requirements, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the replacement requirements do not affect our secondary sales.
3. Damage caused during transportation:
when receiving the goods, please be sure to unpack and check in front of the logistics or Express Personnel. The carton is elastic and the plastic toy is inelastic, so the outer carton may not be damaged or the inner contents may be damaged, please be sure to check the goods before signing. 50% of the damage to the product is within the normal range. We will provide the buyer with the repair service for the next order, but we will not reissue it separately. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions and so on, and is not used as a reason for returning goods.
