Min Order Quantity: All products have a minimum order quantity of one piece.

Sample fee:Whether you are a retailer, wholesaler, or distributor, we do not offer free samples. Sample fees are charged at 1.5 times the wholesale price, and when the order quantity for each product reaches 10 pieces, the sample fee will be refunded.

After you place your order and make payment, we will arrange production, warehousing, and then dispatch the goods once they are ready. We generally ship within three days of placing your order, but please consult us before placing your order for the specific timing.

Some buyers may feel that the workmanship is rough, there are imperfections, or the materials are not good, and they do not match their expectations, but these do not fall under quality issues. Nothing is perfect, and if you do not understand the problem, please consult us. Our images are all taken from actual products. Note: All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1~2CM is normal. All products are strictly tested before leaving the factory, and the quality guarantee pass rate is over 98%. There%-3% of the problems are unforeseeable (such as toys being crushed in the transportation process) and are within the scope of exemption. If the product quality is a problem after leaving the factory, we can negotiate for a return, but all transportation costs must be borne by the buyer. If the problem is caused after use, our factory will not bear any responsibility. If it is within our factory's ability, we will help solve these problems, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the seal and count to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation (if it cannot be solved, please contact us), if you sign after the reaction of missing goods or pressure damage, etc., will not be accepted.
