 Product Purchase Instructions:

1. Authentic products from the manufacturer

Green Shore Home Textiles has direct sourcing from production to delivery. Green Shore strictly controls every manufacturing step to ensure product quality.

2. Selection of Width

Whether it is a straight rod or a U-shaped rod, when choosing the width, it is advisable to select about 20-30 CM more than the actual width; this allows the shower curtain to have a wrinkled aesthetic and a three-dimensional shape.

3. Selection of Height

The shower curtain should be 3CM to 5CM above the ground. Choosing 180CM or 200CM is generally appropriate. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

4. Regarding Colors

All products in this store are photographed in real life. The colors have been professionally verified, and they are relatively similar to the flat-lay images. However, there are differences in color contrast and color temperature due to the variations of computer monitors.

5. Regarding Customer Service

If your query was not responded to promptly, it may be due to high volume of inquiries at that time or a system issue.

6. Regarding dimensions and after-sales issues for custom products.

Due to the fact that dimensions are measured manually, there may be an error of 2–3 cm. Custom-made products have special dimensions, and it is difficult to resell them. Therefore, unless there is a problem with the product itself, no returns or exchanges will be accepted!
