Regarding color difference
All photos in this store are taken with real items. However, due to weather conditions during the shooting, differences in camera exposure, white balance, and the brightness of your computer screen may cause some color variations visually. Especially the issue with the monitor is extremely difficult to resolve. Therefore, we hope you can understand!
Regarding shipping
By default, there is a partnership with Zhongtong Express. In remote areas or places where Zhongtong cannot reach, we will assist in sending postal packages.
Buyers who pay before 4 PM will receive the shipment on the same day, while those who pay after 4 PM will receive it the next day. If the buyer requires a different shipping method, there may be additional shipping fees (YTO, SF Express, EMS, SF Express, etc.).
Stock Explanation
If the buyer cannot make the payment promptly after placing the order, please notify us via Wangwang and pay within 48 hours. Any delay beyond 48 hours will be considered a cancellation of the order, and we will not keep the items in stock. Dongdong has a high sales volume, so we hope you understand!
Regarding remittances
For those who have not set up Alipay, transactions can be conducted via bank transfer.
