Cannot copy files larger than 4GB
In order to ensure compatibility with the system, the default format of the product is FTA32 (the default disk format of Microsoft). When copying a single file, it should not exceed 4GB. If you need to store a file larger than 4GB, please reset the USB drive format: 1. Connect the USB drive to the computer. 2. Right-click on the USB drive partition and select Format. 3. In the File System option, choose NTFS or exFAT format. 4. Click Start, and the process will be completed.
