It is advisable for customers to choose a logistics company that is closer to them and more familiar with their needs, as we do not know the traffic conditions in your city. Generally, regular logistics are used randomly, and we are unaware of the distance between the unloading points and you. You cannot request a refund just because the logistics provider is far away and you are unwilling to pick up the goods. The shipping cost should be stated in advance. For direct deliveries, we can usually maintain a stable price; however, for cities requiring transit, the costs of two transfers are difficult for us to control. It is best to find a familiar logistics provider. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the shipping costs incurred due to two transfers, and you should not threaten us to get additional payment. We are very careful when distributing goods in our warehouse, and long-term customers should be aware that we pack items carefully, but we cannot ensure no damage occurs during transportation. If you require us to cover any damage, please pay an additional 30% damage prevention fee on top of the product price. If damage occurs, we will compensate; if this fee is not paid, we will assume the customer has rejected this request, and we will not bear any responsibility for the damage.
Since all the products sold by this store are mid-to-low price range items, we will do our best to ensure quality. However, for very rare defects, it is difficult to control them. We suggest that overly picky customers avoid purchasing from us, as the items we sell are only a few yuan—and cannot compare to items costing dozens or hundreds of yuan. Please understand this. Low-priced products cannot be perfect; some minor damage is normal. Customers who cannot accept this may refrain from ordering, to avoid unnecessary trouble. Before shipping, we check the integrity of the products to minimize damage rates. III. After-sales Rules
1. When receiving the goods, the customer must open the boxes for inspection, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not. If any damage or quality issues occur due to transportation, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certified certificate, and provide this certificate to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim.
2. Returns will not be accepted if the reason is dissatisfaction, dissimilarity, or poor sales performance, provided there is no actual quality issue.
3. The shipping cost is to be borne by the buyer themselves, as this is a bulk order, not retail sales. Please understand each other! 6. Regarding exchanges: It is acceptable within 1 day of receiving the goods, provided it does not affect future sales. The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility, along with an additional 30% charge for packaging, delivery, and depreciation.
Transaction method: Alipay transactions are supported. If buyers cannot use Alipay, they can make bank transfers.
After the customer makes the payment, if someone is in urgent need of the goods, please confirm the specific delivery time with customer service! If there are holidays and couriers are off work, the delivery time will be postponed. After the actual delivery, there may be discrepancies between the declared delivery date and the actual receiving city, and the time it takes to receive the goods will also vary. Generally, the goods can be received within 2 to 5 days after they are actually shipped (for example, some major provincial capitals may receive the goods today, while some remote counties often require many transit steps and may take 4 to 5 days). We cannot guarantee that the product will definitely reach the buyer within a few days after delivery, as we have no control over the efficiency of the shipping company and cannot know the quality and attitude of the delivery staff in your area. We hope buyers will not blame us for logistical issues. Please understand our limited ability to address this problem.
Regarding liability for compensation
All items and fragile items should be inspected in person by the buyer before acceptance. If any damage is found, please notify our staff via phone before the courier leaves, and have the delivery driver sign to confirm. The compensation details will be discussed between our company and the courier company. Our company will not be responsible for compensating for any damaged items after acceptance.
If the buyer signs for the item without inspecting it, and later discovers that the item is damaged or lost, return or exchange services are not available.
Explanation: After receiving the goods, the buyer (consignee) should carefully inspect the package. Only after confirming there is no shortage, no damage, and no quality issues should they sign for delivery. Since damage or loss may occur during transportation, we will check the package, pack it properly, and then ship it out. Therefore, the buyer (either personally or through a third party) must inspect the package and sign for delivery only after ensuring everything is correct. Even if the courier asks for a signature first, they should wait until the inspection is completed before proceeding. This ensures that any issues can be addressed with the courier present to help determine responsibility. If damage or loss is discovered after signing for delivery, it becomes difficult to determine responsibility, so returns and refunds are not supported. Please fulfill your responsibilities accordingly. Note: Signing for delivery indicates no shortage, damage, or quality issues. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Since the product is a sensory consumer good, some people like it while others do not. If the quality is fine, no returns or exchanges will be provided. Reasons such as personal dislike, dissatisfaction, or the belief that it is not as good as expected—due to subjective factors—prevent any return or exchange. Please consider carefully before purchasing. If you encounter any quality issues after receiving the item, you may refuse it; the return shipping cost will be covered by our company!
