Due to the fact that our store sells only mid-range and low-end products, we will try our best to ensure the quality, but it is difficult to control for some minor defects. We suggest that customers who are too picky should look elsewhere, as our products are only a few yuan. It is impossible to compare with products that cost dozens or hundreds of yuan. Please understand. Low-cost goods cannot be perfect, and some damage is normal. Customers who cannot accept this should not buy, to avoid unnecessary trouble. 1. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any quality problems such as damage due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a proof with a fresh stamp, and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer to claim compensation.
2. Refunds based on dissatisfaction, unlikeness, or poor sales performance, with no actual quality issues, will not be accepted.
3. Freight is on your own account, after all, we are dealing in mixed lots rather than retail, please understand each other! 6. Regarding exchanges of goods, it is possible within 1 day of receiving the goods, provided it does not affect our resale. The return freight is borne by the buyer, and an additional 30% of the packaging, sorting, and depreciation costs are charged.

Transaction Method: Supports Alipay transactions. If a buyer cannot complete the transaction through Alipay, they can make bank transfers.

After the customer makes the payment, if you are in a hurry to receive the goods, please confirm the specific shipping time with the customer service! If the delivery date falls on a holiday, the actual shipping time will be postponed. It is declared that the shipping and receiving cities are different, and the receipt of goods will take different times. Generally, it can be received within 2 to 5 days after the actual shipment (for example, some provincial capitals can be received within one day, while some remote counties often need to pass through many transfer stations to reach, which may take 4 to 5 days). We cannot guarantee that the product will definitely arrive at the buyer's hand within a few days after shipping because we cannot control the efficiency of the carrier courier company and cannot understand the quality and attitude of the courier in your area. About the liability for compensation

Please inspect all items and fragile goods before signing for them. If you find any damage to the goods, please notify our staff before the courier leaves and have the courier sign to confirm. Our company will discuss the compensation with the courier company. If the damaged products are signed for after delivery, our company is not responsible for compensation.

Buyers who sign for the goods without inspection and then discover damage or loss after the fact will not be eligible for a return or exchange service.
