4、关于售后

 1. Within 3 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), timely feedback on product information and receipt information (fragile and susceptible to compression, whether there is a shortage, the actual receipt situation), and any late submissions will not be accepted. False or exaggerated claims once verified will not be accepted.

 2. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), if you discover any quality issues such as functional failure in the product, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period.

3. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any quality problems such as damage due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a proof with a fresh stamp and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.

4. Refunds for items returned without actual quality issues as reasons of dissatisfaction or unlikeness will not be accepted.

5. About Shipping

 1. Our main shipping methods are two: for small quantities, we recommend using express delivery, which is convenient and fast. For large quantities, logistics is more cost-effective, but you need to go to the logistics company to pick up the goods, which is generally not very convenient. By default, the express delivery is best-express, and the logistics is default dedicated transportation. Every day in Yiwu, there are many trucks to various places across the country. As long as the place has a relatively developed trade with Yiwu, there is a direct truck. After the goods arrive, the transportation company will call to notify the pick-up. Even if there is no direct truck in the county and city, the transportation company will arrange trucks to transfer the goods step by step. The direct place transportation fee for one piece of goods is about 30 yuan, and the transfer fee for the place needing transfer is about 15 yuan. The actual payment is subject to the actual situation. The company does not introduce any disputes about the freight problem.

 2. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. The specific shipping time is subject to the scanning record, not the "click to ship" on the backend. The logistics is subject to the updated logistics number and phone number.

 3. If there is a specific logistics, please note the Yiwu phone number and address in the "Leave a message for the seller". The chat record will not be used as a proof.

  4. Direct delivery usually takes 3 to 4 days, while delivery via transfer may take an additional 1 to 2 days. Exceptions may apply. Please refer to actual delivery for accuracy. We cannot control the actual arrival time. If there are specific requirements for delivery time, you can specify the logistics.

 5. The specific pickup address will be notified by the freight forwarding company. If it is inconvenient to pick up, you can specify the logistics or send by courier.

 6. We can also ship according to the customer's specified logistics, such as ANEN, DEBON, BEST, XINBANG, and TIANDI HUAYU. However, the freight is relatively expensive.
