7. Formal Order: Both parties confirm the product style, quantity, material, unit price, advertising requirements (product logo, design and quantity of color pages, binding method, etc.), and the delivery time. After consultation, both parties sign a contract.

8. Order Delivery: Our company produces according to the contract requirements, and the transportation is free of charge based on the customer's requirements. The transportation costs are borne by the customer, and the delivery is based on the sample signed by the customer.

Article 9: Payment for Orders: The customer must pay 30% of the total amount of the goods within 24 hours after signing the contract. The remaining payment must be cleared before the goods are shipped. Payment can be made directly through bank transfers.

Service after the sale: In the event of quality-related issues, we will assume responsibility and, within the agreed time frame, either rework or make up the product; any damage to goods caused by logistics companies during long-distance transportation due to mistakes or natural and unavoidable factors, we will not assume responsibility for, but we will actively follow up and resolve any existing issues.
