Our warehouse is equipped with experienced staff who are responsible for packing and distribution. They will carefully pack your items, but unfortunately, there are still some rough handling practices in the logistics industry. Even with good packaging, it is impossible to guarantee that no damage will occur. Additionally, before sorting and shipping, our staff will inspect the goods to identify any obvious defects or defective items.

Car shipping items:

Due to the inherent practical factors, sometimes 3%–5% damage occurs to a shipment, which is considered normal wear and tear; please bear this responsibility yourself. In cases of significant damage caused by force majeure (natural disasters) or accidents (such as car accidents), please negotiate with us to have the car shipping company compensate. Both the buyer and seller will share the cost, and our store will assume the corresponding portion of the seller’s responsibility. Damage in other general situations shall be borne by the car shipping department.
