I have already paid. When will the goods be shipped, and how long will it take to receive them?

Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will ship your order within 24-48 hours after your payment is successful, based on the order payment sequence. The delivery time will vary due to distance, weather, and the operational procedures of different courier companies. Normally, for orders shipped to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, it usually takes 1-2 days. For Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin, it usually takes 2-3 days. For other regions, it takes 3-5 days. For remote areas, it takes 4-7 days. For provincial logistics, it usually takes 3-7 days.Oh my! What should I do if the product I receive has quality problems or is out of stock?

If there are any shortages or quality issues with the goods after receipt, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days. For goods with quality issues, please take photos of the goods upon receipt and send them to us for confirmation. You can send us images through our Alipay. We will give you a satisfactory solution. If there are shortages, please contact our customer service to apply for a refund if the shortage is noted on the list.

I have received the goods, but I am not very satisfied with them. Is it possible to exchange or return them?

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return it within 7 days after receiving it. Please note that the product must not be used and the original packaging must be intact. The shipping fee is on your own.

 The following circumstances are not refundable.

       A product returned with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing accessories or relevant documentation.

Placing an order will be considered as agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

(1) The amount can be mixed batching as long as it reaches 100 yuan, and the quantity is unlimited; individual products are ordered according to the minimum order quantity on the web page.

(2) Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will try to notify you by phone if there are any stockouts. Since the profit margin on these products is low, for any stockouts after receipt, we will apply for a refund based on the missing products noted on the shipping list. We will not send replacements.

(3) When mixing batches, there may be omissions. If you find that the quantity of goods received is less than the ordered quantity, please contact us immediately. The validity period is within 3 days after receiving the goods. If the limit is exceeded, we will not process it. After confirmation, we will make up the unpaid amount in the first time.

(4) If there are no quality problems with the products received, they cannot be returned. We will bear the return freight costs for products with quality issues. For all exchange orders, you are responsible for the freight costs.

(6) Regarding express delivery, if there is no note, we will send the default express of our store. If it cannot be delivered, please contact the customer to send other express. If you need to send other express, you need to make up the difference.
