2. About sample fabric: Purchase sample fabric or contact us to arrange quality samples and sample cards. Samples (A4 size) are free, and the courier fee is borne by the buyer.

3. About shipping costs: All quotes from our company do not include shipping fees. Sample fabrics are sent by courier and the costs are borne by the buyer. For bulk orders, logistics is used and the shipping costs are based on a "...
The form of payment to be collected is borne by the buyer. For returns and exchanges due to quality issues, if it is indeed our responsibility, we will bear the shipping costs for the return or exchange.

5. Regarding stockouts: There are many types and colors of fabrics, and the popular colors of each season change every year. Our products move in and out quite quickly.
We have both offline physical stores and online sales channels, and some products that are not recorded in online sales do not mean that they are not hot-selling in offline physical stores. To avoid stock accumulation, we have control over the production quantity. If you have a large order, please contact us, and we will make timely production arrangements (but it takes 15-30 days). Please understand. If there is a shortage or stockout of a certain product or color, we will contact you in time. Sometimes, after we sell out of some colors that are not hot-selling, we will take down the products. If you need the fabric of the color that is off the shelf, we can replenish, but we do not replenish for small quantities. Please understand!!
Payment method: We will ship the goods once the payment is received. You can also choose to use Alipay escrow transaction.
7. About custom-made orders: Due to the constant changes in flower patterns, it is not possible for our store to have all the new patterns. Therefore, our company offers the service of custom-made orders for guests. After paying a 30% deposit, we will produce the bulk order. After the bulk order is completed, we will send the sample to confirm. After confirmation, the full payment will be made. Once the payment is received, the goods will be shipped.
8: Freight: For deliveries within 100 meters, we use express delivery services (Yunda, Shentong, and SF Express), while for deliveries over 100 meters, we use logistics freight companies. After the goods are shipped, we will provide the contact information and phone number of the receiving location, making it convenient for buyers to inquire and pick up the goods.
Logistics shipping time: Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai: goods are shipped the same day and arrive the next day. Fujian, Guangdong, Shandong, and Tianjin: some cities arrive the next day, which means the third day, while some cities arrive on the fourth day. For other provinces and cities: 4-7 days, please inquire with the customer service for the specific shipping time.

After-sales service:
