2. Service Time Guarantee:
(1) Shipping speed:Orders placed before 16:00 on working days will normally be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Sundays will not be shipped until the following Monday. For special occasions like holidays, Double 11 and Double 12, shipping dates will be announced at a later time. The estimated delivery dates on our website are just approximate.
(2) After-sales service processing speed:All after-sales orders submitted after the after-sales application will be responded to within 48 working hours. Since the date of receiving the return and exchange products, we will process them within 48 working hours.
3. Quality or Non-quality:
A、Non-quality issues:
(1)、关于色差：Due to the different batches of fabric, the adjustment of shooting lighting, the resolution of the display, and personal preferences for color, it is inevitable to have color differences when shopping online; some products are made of fabric that changes color, and the color difference is generally not considered a quality issue. If there is a significant difference, please contact Mr. Kao Bao;
(2)、关于尺寸：Due to different measurement methods, the differences in production batches, and the different shapes of the pillow inserts, the cushioning products may have an error of 2CM-3CM, and the table cloths and table flags may have an error of about 5CM, which does not belong to quality problems; Our measurement standards: the actual net size of the outer edge (please note for irregular shapes such as cushions and seat cushions);
（3）、细微问题：For minor issues such as loose threads, broken stitches, misaligned zippers, loose wire ends, uneven stitching, and minor rust or scratches on metal parts, if these are corrected through proper handling, they do not affect the use or aesthetics and are not considered quality issues. When reviewing orders or before shipping, the account manager has previously informed the member about the "minor issues" or "small imperfections" of the product that do not affect use, but if the customer insists on accepting the product and subsequently experiences problems, these are also not considered quality issues.
（4）、使用不当：Damage caused by the carrying of items; deformation and damage caused by the high temperature, exposure to the sun or rain; changes in leather quality, cracking, etc., caused by improper maintenance during use; problems caused by cleaning or use; problems caused by human error during disassembly or use (causing the product to become unusable, the cost of the fee shall be borne by the buyer), do not belong to quality problems.
