Due to our large shipment volume and the variety of products involved, it is inevitable that there may be temporary shortages of some individual products. If the shortage is minor, we will send them directly and note on the invoice which item is missing. You can make a refund on Alipay once you receive the goods. For larger shortages, we will contact you by phone. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods!!! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please negotiate with the logistics party on the spot. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away until you contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

1. If you find any quality issues with the products after receipt, please contact us immediately. Products with quality issues can be returned or exchanged, and we will bear the corresponding costs.

 2. The following conditions do not accept returns: the product packaging is incomplete, the accessories or related materials are incomplete; unauthorized repair or modification; maintenance, use, and storage are not carried out in the correct manner.
