 Generally, no cleaning is needed, as the fur has been treated to resist static. Dust will not dirty the item; usually, just shaking it slightly will remove the dust. The filler is 100% PP cotton, and it can be washed!

◆If there are quality issues, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving the product. You must take photos and send them to us as proof for a return or exchange. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please treat the item with care and avoid affecting our secondary sales. For returns or exchanges, we will only cover the postage at the time of receipt. If you use expensive shipping services or pay at delivery, the additional postage must be borne by you.

5. Regarding shipping

 ◆ Our store uses Yunda Express as the default shipping company. If you prefer a different shipping company, please contact the shopkeeper promptly after placing the order. Some shipping companies may require additional fees. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt!
