Instructions:

1. Before using the new bottle, clean the bottle body thoroughly, and check if the seal ring is installed properly.
2. Please preheat (or precool) with a small amount of boiling water (or ice water) before use.
3. After each use, clean it with hot water or cleaning liquid, and then hang it upside down to dry.

Physical properties:

Polycarbonate is an amorphous, tasteless, odorless, non-toxic, transparent thermoplastic plastic polymer with excellent mechanical and thermal and electrical comprehensive performance, especially with good impact resistance, good toughness, low creep, and stable product size.

Performance: Excellent heat resistance and weather resistance, suitable for use at temperatures ranging from -30 to 120°C. Long-term use, thermal deformation temperature is 130-140°C, no obvious melting point at 145-150°C, and the melting temperature is 220-230°C;

Has good electrical properties, making it easy to produce electronic components that can operate at higher temperatures.

Good light transmission performance, with a light transmission rate of 85%-90%; low water absorption rate, good colorability; flame resistance meets the UL standard, 94V-1 and 94V-2, which is an intumescent resin.

Chemical resistance: Stable against dilute acids, oxidizers, reductants, salts, oils, and fatty hydrocarbons.

Insensitive to alkali, ketones, and aromatic hydrocarbons, it is easily soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbons such as dichloromethane and dichloroethane.

Long-term exposure to materials that are not resistant to corrosion and to temperatures exceeding their tolerance can lead to certain stress responses.

Usage Method

1. Before use, rinse the cup with water to remove any dust that may have entered during the product assembly process.

When the lid is opened, you may smell a little silicone odor, which is from the seal ring inside the lid. Soak the lid in boiling water for 2 minutes and the odor will disappear naturally. It is non-toxic and you can use it with confidence.

3. Do not fill the cup with hot water too full, about 2cm from the cup mouth is best. Tighten the lid to prevent spills and potential burns.

4. This product is made of highly weather-resistant polycarbonate material, which can be used with confidence in temperatures ranging from -20 to 120°C.

If you are a tea connoisseur, please dispose of the remaining tea after drinking, to avoid tea stains.

6. Please wipe the cup with a soft cotton cloth after washing it with food-grade detergent.

7. Do not leave over milk or carbonated beverages.

Notes

Do not place the product near open flame or high temperature, as this may damage the texture of the product surface.
Without the guidance of the manufacturer, it is not allowed to perform destructive tests on the product, as this may result in damage to the surface or affect the functionality due to improper operation;
Pour hot water into the cup, tighten the lid securely, and place it where the baby cannot reach to prevent injuries from falling or scalding;
This product will cause a chemical stress reaction with alkalis, amines, ketones, and aromatic hydrocarbons; it will melt chlorinated hydrocarbon substances such as dichloromethane and dichloroethane; it will corrode strong acids; please store separately, do not put food containing such substances into the product;
For stubborn tea stains, please gently wipe with food-grade cleaning agent; do not use non-food-grade products.
