2. Color and size specifications:

3. Regarding shipping:
After the buyer makes the order and pays, we will ship within 48 hours (two days). If the item is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or WeChat. The products shipped will not be included in the list; please note this if required. For custom orders, the delivery time will be based on the agreement between both parties.
4. Shipping and Logistics:
Small items will be shipped via standard shipping. Large items will be sent using express delivery or small logistics providers. If you choose logistics shipping, please contact customer service to provide details, so that the goods can be delivered at the nearest location in the shortest possible time.

5. Regarding delivery receipt:
Please ensure to sign for the goods in person when they arrive. If signed for by family, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as signed for by you. Please open and inspect the items on the spot before signing for them.
If the product is damaged during transportation, please directly verify, claim compensation, or refuse acceptance with the delivery staff.
6. Regarding after-sales service:
If you have any issues with the product, please contact us promptly on the day of delivery. We will provide a response regarding replacement or refund; no further action will be taken after the deadline.
If there are no quality issues, no returns or exchanges will be provided for the sold products. Due to subjective factors such as the buyer's personal preferences, dissatisfaction, significant differences from the images, lack of satisfaction, or expectations not being met, the purchased products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For orders placed by online sellers and offline wholesale customers in bulk purchases, if there are quality issues with some products, we can provide a replacement service. However, if the purchased items do not sell or are sold out, and these are not product quality issues of our store, we cannot offer a return service. Please make your purchases based on your own product sales situation!
