About Logistics
The default shipping method for samples is SF Express with the recipient paying, and for bulk orders, we use Best Express. The shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If you have any special shipping requirements, please contact our customer service.
About the quality and quantity of the products
1. Standard products, please refer to the product samples provided by us.
2. The same standard product, change the material production, to the sample confirmed by our company as the standard.
Customized products shall be produced based on the customer's sample and the confirmation sample produced by our company.(Color customization is the same.)
4. If the buyer has any doubts about the quantity or quality of the goods received, please contact our customer service within 24-48 hours after receiving the goods to check the stock data.Please note that upon receipt of the goods, customers are requested to conduct quality inspection and quantity count as soon as possible. If the specified period exceeds our company's regulations, we will no longer accept responsibility. Please be informed.
About Product Returns and Exchanges
Our company offers a conditional (not unconditional) return and exchange service.
Seller's Responsibility:1: The seller sent the wrong goods.2: The received goods are significantly different from the description.3: The outer packaging is intact, but the received goods are damaged! (If it is intentionally damaged, we refuse to compensate.) The above needs to be verified by taking photos! If verified, it can be returned or exchanged.
Buyer's Responsibility: 1: Wrong size is selected. 2: Dislikes due to personal preferences. 3: Measurement errors caused by measurement methods and tools, with an error of 1-3 mm. 4: Slight color differences due to different display effects on personal monitors or mobile phones.
