   About the order:

   Our company's eye and nose colors and specifications are available in minimum quantities of 1 package, with non-standard sizes and colors requiring a minimum order quantity of 20-50 packages. We can also produce products in customer-specified colors, with the minimum order quantity determined based on the specific product and specifications.

   About shipping:

   Due to the large number of orders, if you pay for the simple orders by 16:30 in the same day, we will ship them on the same day. Otherwise, we can only ship them the next day. If the product is particularly urgent, please communicate with our customer service staff in advance to avoid any delays.

   About express delivery and logistics:

   1. The product does not include shipping, and we usually use express delivery, passenger transport, freight forwarding, logistics, and other transportation methods based on the customer's choice. Please clearly inform our customer service of the express delivery that can be reached, and if it cannot be reached or is returned and re-shipped, the cost needs to be borne by you.

  2. For shipments within Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, the fee is 5 yuan for the first 1KG, and an additional 1 yuan for each additional 1KG. For shipments nationwide (excluding Hainan, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, and Tibet), the fee is 10 yuan for the first 1KG, and an additional 8-10 yuan for each additional 1KG. In large and medium-sized cities, the goods generally arrive within 2-3 days, while in remote areas, it takes 3-4 days. Please inquire for specific details. All freight is paid upon arrival. We can deliver to the shipping point you specify in the city, and we will ship according to your requirements.

   About returns and exchanges:

   1. If the outer packaging of the parcel you receive is damaged and the product is exposed, please do not sign for it. You should first contact customer service to explain the situation, and let the logistics company personnel and courier personnel prove it before handling it. Otherwise, the seller will not be responsible for any problems after signing. Please check the product in time after receiving the goods. If there are quality problems with the product (excluding color differences in the pictures), please contact customer service in time. After the accessories are unpacked, if the quantity is insufficient or if it is tried, it is not allowed to be exchanged. If the quality is indeed a problem, it can be exchanged or refunded. After consultation, it will be returned within a week. If the deadline is exceeded, we will not accept it. Our company will bear the freight, and if there is no response to the situation within a week after receiving the goods, we will not give a return.

   2. If the guest makes a mistake with their own template and the custom-made product does not match the color, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
