What should be paid attention to when using a ladder
1. Body fatigue, alcohol or physical disability, the use of ladders is prohibited.
2. Ladders should be placed on firm and stable ground, and should not be placed on ice, snow, or slippery surfaces without anti-skid and fixing devices (Figure 1)
3. Work is prohibited when exceeding the maximum marked load capacity.
4. Prohibited to use ladders in strong winds.
5. Metal ladders conduct electricity, avoid approaching electrically charged areas (Figure 2)
6. Climbing the ladder, face the ladder, grasp both hands firmly, and maintain the center of gravity between the two ladder columns (Figures 3 and 4)
7. Do not stand on the steps of the ladder within 1 meter of the top, always leave a 1-meter safety margin, and do not climb over the highest support point at the top.
