This product is suitable for packaging food, medicinal materials, etc. The bag width is less than or equal to 200mm. It can be used for ordinary plastic bags with a general thickness of aluminum foil bag. The operation is simple and convenient: put the bag that needs to be sealed and press it to make the working indicator light of the machine turn off automatically and the sealing end. When sealing for the first time, it is recommended to adjust the appropriate temperature first.

Usage:

This machine does not need power switch. Insert the AC power cord into the socket, adjust the heating time according to the thickness of the material to be sealed, place the plastic bag on the sealing surface, and then press the handle. The circuit automatically controls the heating time. When the indicator light goes off, the power supply is automatically disconnected. After about 1-2 seconds, release the handle and seal it.

If the seal is damaged during sealing, it is because the heating time is too long. Please rotate the knob to counter clock-wise to shorten the heating time.

If the sealing is not firm, it is because the heating time is too short, please rotate the knob clockwise to extend the heating time.

If the plastic bag is stuck on the rubber pressure plate, it means that the cooling time is not enough, and the cooling time after the indicator light goes out must be prolonged. Please release the handle a little later.

After the heating time is adjusted, it should remain unchanged during use, and no further adjustment is needed during continuous use.

This machine can always plug the power cord into the power socket, and does not consume power when it is not sealed.

Note:

Keep the sealing surface clean at all times to avoid oxidation of residues on the sealing surface and reduce the service life of ribbon heater and heat-resistant cloth.

Do not wipe the sealing surface with wet cloth

If the gasket under the ribbon heater is damaged, it will cause short circuit and damage to ribbon Heater. Therefore, every time you change the ribbon heater, you should check the intact condition of the gasket. If there is any damage, you should replace it with a new one.

Ribbon heater with the same specifications should be selected when the ribbon heater must be replaced.

Please check the rubber pressure plate after using it for a long time, because if the rubber pressure plate is damaged, the sealing quality will be affected.
