Installation Process

The non-fixed installation uses specialized clamps for steel grating, which does not damage the galvanized layer and is easy to remove and install. Each set of clamps includes an upper clamp, a lower clamp, one M8 round-head bolt, and one nut. Depending on requirements, stainless steel clamps or bolt connections can be provided as fastening methods. The small structural steel components produced in conjunction with the grating can have their surface painted or hot-dip galvanized, and can be welded or connected with bolts on-site.

The first type is a steel product that uses side-standing flat steel arranged at a certain spacing and cross-welds with vertical twisted square steel (horizontal bars) to form a rectangular space; there are currently two methods of welding: press welding and manual welding.

The second type is made by side-standing flat steel grooved orthogonal butt-welding; it is mostly welded manually.

The third type is called "interlaced steel grating" – one flat iron bar intersects the other, with holes drilled in the middle, while the other has slots on both sides at corresponding positions. The welding points only exist at the edges, and this welding method can only be done by hand!
