Customization process:

1. Consult the customer service: According to the customer's design effect picture, first collect the sample fee or the deposit of the goods, and then arrange the computer layout, the lathe precision carving to open the sample mold, the order is determined, it is necessary to open another production mold. (In the entire production process, the time for mold opening is 2-5 days).
2. Color Mixing: According to the pattern requirements, the precise proportions of PVC powder, vegetable oil, PVC oil, stabilizer, and color paste are used to achieve the desired color and hardness of the product.
3. Production on the machine begins by injecting the raw material into the corresponding positions of the mold using a syringe. The material is layered on the molding bench and subjected to high temperatures (180-200 degrees Celsius) to solidify and mold the plastic. The number of baking times is determined based on the product, and after each baking, the cooling system must be used to cool down until the final sample is removed.
4. Final Inspection of the Completed Products: Check for any defects in the molding, and determine if the customer requires the addition of text or a logo. Proceed to the surface printing process for the product.
5. Quality inspection: The product must be free of bubbles, sand eyes, color mixing, clean overall, and the trimming of the edges must be detailed to meet the standards.

6. Accessory Installation: Install accessories (such as key chains, metal tags, etc.) according to the customer's product requirements, and then pack them neatly into boxes after being loose-packed or OPP paper card packaging.
7. Payment and Shipping: After paying the remaining balance on the platform, ship the goods according to the specified requirements (courier or logistics).
