1. Cooperation Method

   1. Inbound Processing: Customers provide raw materials, flower papers, packaging materials, etc. The factory is responsible for processing, shaping, polishing, and packaging. The mold can be developed by the factory, existing, or provided by the customer.

   2. Sample processing: The customer provides a sample, and the factory draws (out) the diagram, develops the mold, develops the flower paper, makes a sample, processes the production, and completes the shipment of the finished product according to the requirements of the guest sample.

   3. Drawing Processing: The customer provides design drawings, and after the factory confirms the mold drawing, the molding, sample production, processing production, and finished product shipment will begin.

   4. OEM: Use the existing molds at the factory, apply the customer's required pattern to the product surface, and the process can be either heat transfer or silk screen printing; the bottom can be engraved with the customer's logo; the raw material color can also be customized according to the customer's requirements.

   5. ODM: The customer provides requirements, designs the drawings according to the customer's requirements, confirms the mold opening or the development of the paper, makes samples, processes the production, and completes the shipment of the finished products.

2. Cost Explanation

   1. The specific processing fee or product price is based on the actual product quotation.

   Mold fee: For ordinary mina-san plates, bowls, cups, trays, utensils such as forks and spoons, ashtrays, etc., the estimated mold fee is about RMB 5500-7000; For special mina-san plates, bowls, cups, trays, utensils such as forks and spoons, ashtrays, etc., the estimated mold fee is about RMB 7500-9500; For special products, functional accessories, and special products, the mold fee is quoted based on the actual product or drawings.

    3. Flower paper version fee: RMB500 per color, the ordinary CMYK four-color printing is RMB1500, if doing special color printing, no more than 8 colors.

   4. Screen Printing Plate Fee: RMB 200 per color, setup fee is additional.

Section 3. Development Time

   Flower paper prototype: 7-10 days; Mold development: After the drawings are confirmed, 10-15 days.

Section 4: Factory Commitment

   1. Sign a contract with the customer and strictly follow their requirements.

   2. Before the molding, printing, and production, it must be confirmed by the client.

   3. The molds and film plates belonging to the client are under the responsibility of the factory for storage, and will not be used to produce for other clients.

   4. The factory strictly follows the characteristics of the melamine material, the product structure, and controls the molding temperature, molding time, and production processes, and will never cut corners.

   5. Complete inspection of the finished products, and those that do not meet the standards will be discarded. Strict quality control is implemented to ensure that the products meet customer requirements and various testing standards;

   6. If a quality problem is found with the product after it is shipped from the factory, and it is confirmed to be the factory's responsibility, the factory is responsible for returning or replacing the product and compensating the customer for any corresponding losses incurred as a result.

Five.Product Knowledge and Molding Process 

   Mina plates are currently widely popular new material plates. Because of their appearance, they have the characteristics of traditional ceramic plates, such as beautiful color, good luster, and good texture, so they are also called imitation porcelain plates. Compared with ceramic plates, they have the advantages of low specific gravity, more vivid colors, and are less likely to break, which is more environmentally friendly; compared with plastic plates, they have the advantages of high specific gravity, suitable hand feeling, non-toxic and odorless, hard and durable, good temperature resistance, and low heat conductivity.

   Melamine tableware, also known as imitation porcelain, Melamine, plastic porcelain, scientific porcelain, etc.; Made of Melamine, Melamine is also known as Melamine powder (Melamine powder, abbreviated as MMC). It is a powdery hot-pressing material composed mainly of Melamine.
