This product is processed from raw material disinfection and prevention, mechanical washing, automatic dehydration, high-pressure steam dyeing, to automatic drying and restoring the feather prototype. It uses equipment operations and has the technical ability to design samples, copy samples, and develop new products. In recent years, feather jewelry has quietly become popular, and feather jewelry stores can be seen everywhere in China's Yiwu, with prosperous business. With the increasing love for feather jewelry, it has also gained favor from foreigners.
Our country is a major poultry farming nation with abundant feather resources. In poultry production, feathers have caused pollution to the surrounding environment. The emergence of the feather industry has avoided the pollution and waste of feathers in poultry production, and feathers have been fully utilized, increasing economic income.

Feather jewelry processing is simple and easy to learn, with convenient materials. It can be made from various chicken, duck, goose feathers, as well as feathers from animals like ostrich. These can be turned into feather fluff, feather masks, feather cartoon pens, feather crowns, feather decorations, and feather headdresses, among other crafts. These works are carefully made.

We usually classify feathers into primary feathers, down feathers, and filamentous feathers. Down feathers and filamentous feathers are used as filling materials for pillow and quilt cores. Primary feathers are divided into large feathers and secondary feathers. Large feathers are usually used for decoration, masks, and headdresses; soft secondary feathers are used for feather fluff strips and hanging decorations.

Treatment of Feather Raw Materials

Wash - Pour the feathers into the washing machine, try to avoid feathers flying around. Pour water into the washing machine, press the feathers while watering to ensure they are fully immersed in the water. Twist the feathers to clean them, disinfect, bleach, and soak them thoroughly.

Dyeing Pour the washed feathers into the dyeing vat, stir them evenly in the water, and do not let them clump together. According to the ratio of the dyeing granules indicated in the dyeing instructions, pour them into the dyeing vat, and at the same time, use a wooden stick to vigorously stir in the dyeing vat. The water temperature should be controlled at 60-80°C, and the dyeing time should not exceed 12 hours to avoid damaging the feather texture. In this process, feather dyeing is usually better with weak acidic dyes and neutral dyes. The pH value is selected at 4.5.
