Due to large volume of distributed sales and low profits, there is a possibility of quality issues or defects. If you find damaged products, quality problems, or defects after receipt, please accumulate more than 10 units or exchange them when making a new purchase. For non-quality issues, the number of exchanges must not exceed 10% of the single purchase amount.

1. Indicate your requirements: Try to learn as much about the product as possible before purchasing. If there are any doubts, please leave a message for inquiries; customer service will respond to you as soon as possible. When buying, please specify your requirements in the “Message to the seller” section!

2. Sufficient inventory: There is an adequate supply of products in our store, so you can shop with confidence. If there are occasional shortages and we cannot update the inventory promptly, we will contact the buyers and negotiate a solution as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Color variation issue: The product images in this store are all taken with the item in place. As for the styles, we can provide some reference. However, due to technical factors, monitors, lighting, environment conditions, and differences in how the mirror frames are named, there may be variations in quality depending on the price point.

4. Signing instructions. When you receive the package, do not rush to sign on the delivery receipt. Please open it and inspect the items in front of the courier. If there is any damage or shortage, please refuse the delivery! Contact the manufacturer immediately (the phone number is on the delivery slip). If you have any issues after receiving the item, please contact us promptly! The shop owner will work with the buyer to resolve the problem and ensure satisfaction. Finally, wish the buyer a pleasant shopping experience!
