Regarding pre-sales issues
1: Regarding the number of units per order, is mixed orders supported? Are there any restrictions on the amount? How is the shipping cost calculated? Are all items sent randomly when shipped? Can we choose the style? Regarding styles and colors, mixed styles are used by default during ordering. If you have specific requirements, please note down the style or color (there is a field for this when you place the order; include the model number and style, for example: Y1: Black). We will try our best to match your requests, but there may be shortages. We hope you can understand. Large items: please leave a note in the message; small items are sent randomly. Colors and styles are chosen randomly, but you can note down your preferences. We will try to match according to your notes. If a color or style is missing, we will send it randomly. Please accept our apologies! There is a field for notes when you place the order.
3: Are the products listed in stock? What if there is a shortage? All of our items are available immediately for purchase; those displayed as purchasable on the page are indeed in stock, so please feel free to buy. Due to the wide variety of products and high daily sales volume, there may be occasional cases where some items are not promptly removed from the list, resulting in shortages. We apologize for this and will refund you for any items that are unavailable or not shipped. Please contact customer service as soon as you receive your order. We won’t notify you individually; thank you for your understanding!
4: I have already made the payment. When can the shipment be dispatched? How long will it take for it to arrive? Since our company handles a large volume of orders daily, we will ship according to the payment order within 24–48 hours after payment. The delivery time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions, and the specific logistics provider. In Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, it usually takes 1–2 days; in Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin, it is generally 2–3 days; in other regions, it is 3–5 days; and in remote areas, it is 4–7 days. Logistics outside the province usually takes 3–7 days! Regarding shipping: all deliveries are collected at 5 PM every evening. Orders placed that day are typically shipped the next day or the day after. (We try our best to deliver promptly.) There are many orders waiting to be processed, and many customers need to reshoot photos or change addresses, so we will arrange everything before sending out the order! We will arrange the shipment as soon as possible! We hope you can understand. Our partner logistics companies include Huitong Express, as well as Shentong, Post Small Package, SF Express, and consignment logistics.
Regarding after-sales service and returns/exchanges due to quality issues
1. If any quality issues with the product are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), please contact customer service immediately. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The defective product must remain in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box). For returns exceeding 5 kilograms, our company will cover the return shipping cost. Returns of 5–10 kilograms should be sent via regular logistics; we will cover the shipping cost. We do not accept expensive carriers such as Deppon and Jiajie, or Tianti Huayu. If these regulations are violated, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. No returns or exchanges will be provided if there are no quality issues.
2. Please contact the after-sales customer service before returning the item. Kindly fill out the after-sales form to enable us to track your return and handle it promptly.
3. For customer specifications regarding product colors or styles, we will do our best to meet them, but we cannot guarantee 100%. No returns or exchanges will be provided if the color or style does not match.
4. In the case of sending products not sold by our company to us, we reserve the right to refuse processing all returns or exchanges and have the customer cover the shipping costs, with the goods being returned directly to the customer.
5. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: A the product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or missing accessories or related documents; B unauthorized repairs or modifications; C improper use or storage; D color changes are not eligible for return, especially items beyond the post-sale service period; E seasonal products are not refundable after the expiration date (e.g., fans in summer and thermal patches in winter).
6. After-sales service is a fundamental aspect of our company. We are committed to providing excellent after-sales support, and it also requires the cooperation of customers. Please read the above instructions carefully before returning or exchanging products, and try to comply with the company’s regulations to avoid affecting your after-sales service.
7. Regarding the handling of damaged or quality issues products, if the weight does not reach five kilograms, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
Regarding logistics, goods are typically shipped to other provinces. Yiwu logistics provides direct delivery across the country; most cities at the municipal level or above receive deliveries, while county-level cities require intermediate transfers. After the goods arrive, the logistics company will call you, and you will need to collect them in person. Here is an important note: the quality of services provided by Yiwu logistics companies varies. I hope everyone can contact a specific logistics company before placing an order. You can either search for one yourself or call 114 to inquire about the logistics service from Yiwu to your local location, choosing a point that is closest to you.
