Hexagonal netting: Characteristics of twisted netting
(1) Easy to use; simply apply it to the flatly laid wall surface or building concrete.
(2) Easy to construct, requires no special technology;
(3) Has strong capabilities to resist natural damage, as well as corrosion resistance and resilience against harsh climate conditions;
(4) It can withstand extensive deformation without collapsing. It serves to fix, insulate, and heat protect.
(5) The excellent manufacturing process ensures uniform thickness of the coating, along with enhanced corrosion resistance;
(6) Save transportation costs. It can be rolled into small rolls and wrapped in moisture-proof paper, using very little space.
(7) The heavy-duty hex mesh is woven using high-quality low-carbon steel wire coated with galvanizing, with a tensile strength of no less than 38 kg/m². The diameter of the steel wire ranges from 2.0 mm to 3.2 mm. The surface of the wire is typically protected by hot-dip galvanizing, and the thickness of the galvanizing layer can be customized according to customer requirements. The maximum galvanizing amount can reach up to 300 g/m².
(8) Galvanized wire wrapped with plastic hexagonal mesh involves covering the surface of galvanized wire with a PVC protective layer, which is then woven into various sizes of hexagonal mesh. This PVC protective layer significantly increases the lifespan of the mesh, and through the selection of different colors, it can blend in with the surrounding natural environment.
Weight calculation method for hexagonal mesh: Wire diameter × Wire diameter × Base dimension × Length × Width ÷ 2 = kg Base dimensions: 1/2" = 2.1, 1/2" = 2.1, 3/4" = 1.2, 7/4" = 1.6, 7/8" = 1.8, 5/4" = 1.0, 9/1" × 1/2":
3" = 0.4 thread diameter × thread diameter × 2 × length × width ÷ 8 × 3 = kg
