2. About Payment
Support online payment (Alibaba purchase or direct bank transfer, please contact the customer service for the payment account, thank you!)
All orders are accepted on a payment-in-full basis. If the order requires a certain amount of time to produce, please pay a deposit first, and the balance must be paid in full before the shipment.
3. Freight Issues
Wholesale profit is extremely low, and there is no free shipping. We will estimate the freight based on the weight of the goods and the destination and offer suitable suggestions. For large quantities, it is recommended to contact the customer service to use logistics freight.
What should I do if the goods received differ from the order or are missing?
Please check the quantity according to the order and contact customer service if there is any missing or incorrect shipment.
What should I do if the goods I received are damaged?
Long-distance transportation of goods is bound to have problems such as compression and impact. If any goods are damaged by compression during transportation, they can be dealt with as quality issues (refer to the following clause). If you find that the packaging box of the goods is seriously deformed or cracked upon receipt, please contact us immediately. Please do not sign for the goods if the problem is serious.
What should I do if the goods I receive have quality problems?
The products have been inspected by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, with a pass rate of over 99%. Due to the bumpy long-distance transportation, some electronic products may not work due to wiring issues, and we can exchange such products.
The following reasons prevent us from processing your return request.
1) Non-product of our store; 2) Incomplete packaging or accessories (the packaging and accessories can be damaged but cannot be missing. If a problem with the product is found during the sales process, please return it to the original packaging and ensure all accessories are well-packed to avoid loss); 3) Products that have been discontinued by our store for over half a year; 4) Products with intentional damage.
8. After-sales Service
(1). All products are subject to strict quality inspection and only those that pass are allowed to leave the factory. Any problems that arise after use are within the scope of exemption. However, our company will do our best to help solve the problem within our capabilities.
(2). If there are serious quality problems with some products, please provide proof within 24 hours after receiving the goods, such as pictures. Our store will arrange for the solution based on the actual situation.
Non-quality issues and exchanges/returns are not allowed at our store!!!
