The full name of the transparent tile is Fibreglass Reinforced Polyester; in Chinese, it is Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester (FRP Transparent Tile), commonly known as fiberglass, also referred to as lighting panels.

The FRP transparent tile is a lighting material used in conjunction with steel structures. It is primarily composed of high-performance upper film, reinforced polyester, and glass fiber. The upper film must effectively resist ultraviolet radiation and static electricity. Resisting ultraviolet radiation ensures that the polyester in the FRP lighting panel does not turn yellow or age, thereby preventing premature loss of light transmission properties. Resistance to static electricity ensures that dust on the surface can be easily washed away by rain or blown away by wind, maintaining a clean and attractive surface. The function is similar to commonly used glass; it is mainly used for roof lighting. It can have shapes consistent with wave patterns and profiled steel plates. It is a plastic reinforced with fiberglass, and its features are as follows:
